The Pacific Engagement Visa ballot is now open for registrations until 29 July 2026. Register through the Australian Department of Home Affairs ImmiAccount here.
What is the Pacific Engagement Visa?
The Pacific Engagement Visa is a permanent residence visa available for eligible citizens of participating Pacific countries and Timor-Leste. Up to 3,000 Pacific Engagement Visas are available each year through a ballot process.

Before you can apply for a Pacific Engagement Visa, you need to register in the ballot.
Step 2
Apply for the visa if you are randomly selected in the ballot
If you are selected from the Pacific Engagement Visa ballot, you can proceed to the next stage of applying for the visa.
